George Wooten

George has 40 years of experience in the Hospitality/ Restaurant/ Retail business. He started working the grill at 17 to pay for college. He left school before finishing and took a job as a Fast Food Assistant Manager. He worked his way up from AM, to GM, to DM, Training Manager/ Director, Regional Director, VP, SVP and ultimately COO. He feels privileged to have served in senior/ executive leadership roles with several major US companies generating annual revenue from $100MM to $44B.

He and Sue spent 2 years living in the Middle East where he was Head of Restaurants for the largest retailer in MENA. He was responsible for developing, opening, and operating major US/ EU brands in 20+ countries across MENA and the UK.

George never gave up on his education and got his Bachelor’s Degree in Management in 2009 and then spent 5 years working on his MBA which he was awarded Summa Cum Laude in 2014.

Sue Wooten

Sue worked as a Server in college and was a Restaurant Manager when their son was born (she worked until 10 days before).

Sue owned/ operated an iconic 60-year old small town diner... she literally ran the restaurant - cook, cashier, server, manager - and doubled sales in 1-year by serving great food with a smile.

She has an amazing ability to build relationships in a short time.

Sue loves getting to know people and helping them realize their goals and reach for their dreams; she says - "I'm a matchmaker"...

Sue never gave up on her education either and fulfilled the promise she made to her mom, 30 years later, and earned her Bachelors Degree in 2015!

Erin (Wooten) DeFreitas

Erin is a mom to 2 amazing girls, a Certified Fitness Instructor and a top-notch Recruiter.

Like her mom, she loves to help people realize their goals, be that in fitness, their career, or by MATCHING them with the perfect franchise or career opportunity.

She knows how to connect with people and quickly understand their true long-term goals. This allows her to identify the best franchise brand or career opportunity for them based on their professional experience and future/ long-term goals/ aspirations.

After graduating high school in south Florida, Erin stayed in the area and graduated Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University (in only 3 years); Erin speaks Portuguese and loves people.
